- Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- Candidates must not be older than 26 years as at the date of application.
- Candidates with MSc, LLB must not be older than 28 years as at the date of application.
- Candidates must have a minimum of second class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
- Candidates must have completed NYSC.
Divisions: ERG (Enterprise Resource Group), CIBD (Corporate and Investment Banking Division) and CBD (Commercial Banking Division)

- Candidates must have a minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
- Candidates must have completed NYSC.

Access Bank Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Then, if you pass the written exam, you will be invited to a skills test. Those on the list will receive notification of the test via text message or email. During the test, you will be asked to answer questions in your area of expertise.
You will then be offered a place on a four-month entry level training programme. In this program, you will gain valuable knowledge in the banking field. After completing the program, you will be assigned to the training school where you will learn all the necessary banking skills.
Throughout the program, you will also be offered a monetary reward. Access Bank is committed to rewarding the best performing teams. Applicants will be paid between N237,000 and N230,000 per month.
